304 Stainless Steel Drainage Gutter

Gutter Type: Flat-bottom pointed type, arc type

Gutter Advantages: 1. The entire gutter is made of 304 stainless steel plate bent and formed.

2. Independently designed round knife and corresponding bottom mold, with a fillet radius of 18, side fillet angles of 110°, and a bottom arc structure with a 140° fillet, ensuring no sanitary dead corners and easy cleaning. The gutter installation includes reinforcement ribs and adjustable feet for leveling and installation.

Gutter Technical Description:

Connections are made using argon arc cold welding to ensure the gutter does not deform and remains free of water accumulation. The inner surface is fully welded, while the outer surface is welded with 30mm seams every 80mm, ensuring both strength and deformation resistance.

After welding, reinforcement ribs with a width of 30mm, length of 200mm, and thickness of 2.0mm are installed on both sides every 1000mm for embedding, firmly integrated with pre-mixed mortar. Adjustable feet are welded to the sidewalls every 2000mm for leveling.

The inner wall of the gutter is equipped with support plates for width alignment, which are reclaimed by the supplier after installation.

In food factories, wastewater can be categorized by nature into production sewage, production wastewater, domestic sewage, domestic wastewater, and rainwater.

1. Generally, food factories should adopt a separate drainage system for sewage and rainwater, meaning two separate systems are used to discharge sewage and rainwater respectively.

2. Depending on the wastewater treatment process selected, sewage may sometimes be further subdivided by pollution level, with clear and turbid streams separated and discharged to the wastewater treatment station for quality-specific treatment. Drainage volume is calculated separately and then summed up.

1. Benefits of Linear Gutter Design: Wider and deeper gutters are not necessarily better; adequacy is the principle. Good drainage performance and smooth flow; small contaminated area, small cleaning surface, and cost savings with no cover plate design.

2. Reinforcement ribs welded on both sides and inside the gutter strengthen it during grouting, preventing deformation. The gutter bottom is equipped with adjustable support legs for height adjustment and leveling, with the legs taller than the gutter.

3. Weld the stainless steel gutter before grouting, place it in position, level the top, stabilize the bottom, fix both sides, and then align the gutter edges with the ground.

4. Linear gutters provide smooth drainage and are suitable for workshops with high hygiene requirements.

5. The gutter is primarily made of 1.5mm stainless steel plate, with a flat-bottom pointed design and a width of 100. The top drainage outlet can be used without a cover plate.

In many workshops where water usage is not extensive, linear gutters are a reasonable choice for clean areas.
